Privacy and how we use your information

What we collect

• What you type into the Work with us form: your name, company, contact details, what your business does or the help you need, and any files you attach.
• For approved clients: the email address you sign in with, and when you last visited.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, used only to block spam and repeated submissions. We don't store the address itself.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To review your request, contact you about whether our service fits, and, if you become a client, to prepare and share opportunity information with you. We don't sell your information or share it with other clients.

Who can see it

Only GCMatch staff. Client portal users see only what we have chosen to share with their own company. Files are stored privately; download links expire after a few minutes.

Services we use

The site runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage). Emails are sent through Resend from gcmatch.com. These providers process data only to run the service for us.

Your choices

Email eli@gcmatch.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop email from us. Portal email notifications can also be turned off by asking us.
